Cleaning protocols

At Hotel Curious we have developed a set of protocols and good practices recommended by the responsible institutions that we undertake after the post-confinement reopening to improve the experience and safety of our guests and that all our team knows and applies responsibly.

This document will be updated according to the present regulations.

At the reception

Express check in: before arrival you will have the possibility to send us the ID/Passport documents of all the members who will be staying in the establishment.

Payment of reservation / tourist tax: we recommend paying by card to avoid contact with the receptionist.

It is compulsory to enter the establishment with a mask.

Personalized attention also via Facebook and Instagram at your disposal 24h to avoid going to the reception if you wish.

The room keys are pre-disinfected. There is a space in reception where you must leave them to avoid contact with the receptionist.

We eliminate the tourist information corner with brochures and city maps, but you can ask us at reception for anything you need. At the moment of the booking we will send you by e-mail a summary of the activities and places to visit in the area. At the moment of the check in we will give you our Curious Guide, a tourist guide made by all the staff of the hotel with 4 routes near the establishment with the curiosities that only the local knows.

At the common areas

Capacity control in the facilities.

Disinfectant gel at your disposal in different spaces.

The dining area will remain closed but we will prepare your breakfast takeaway.

We have removed the option of the breakfast buffet to limit the movement of people around the room and the exchange of kitchen tools between clients.

The cleaning frequency for all objects and surfaces of higher contact is at least every 2 hours.

The common areas of the establishment and rooms are ventilated daily.

Interpersonal safety distances are respected in all activities.
